About me

I started at the biggest Czech e-shops - Mall.cz and Mironet.cz. After 7 years, I knew I wanted more. In 2011, I started my own business and dove into Facebook ads.

In 2016, I made a move many thought was crazy. I flew to Bali, built a house, found my wife, and started a family. That peace gave me a perspective I never would have found back home.

Social media, marketing, thousands of campaigns. I trained 5,000+ people through Modrá Krev. I built systems that work - and kept learning.

In 2022, the AI revolution hit. While others hesitated, I saw opportunity. I connected marketing with automation and went from marketer to builder.

Today I don't just advise - I build. From AI workflows to internal tools to complete marketing systems. I help DronPro with e-commerce, collaborate on EverBot, and we're building HubAI Academy.

I don't just manage people — I manage AI agents too. For me, it's not sci-fi, it's a regular workday.

Systems over people

People matter. But where a system can do the job, I prefer the system. It's more reliable and scales.

Keep it stupid simple

The simpler, the better. Complexity is just another thing that can break.

Blue Mindset

I follow trends but don't jump on every new thing. Most of them disappear in a month.

Direct communication

I say things as they are. I don't like beating around the bush.

Work with impact

Routine belongs to machines. I want to do things that make a difference.

Independence

I work independently and proactively. Waiting for instructions isn't my style.
